2. Products & Availability

• We aim to describe and photograph our gemstones as accurately as possible. However, natural variations and photography/monitor settings may cause colours to appear different in person.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are accepted subject to payment confirmation.
• All prices are displayed in the currency selected and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or where pricing/product information is incorrect.

4. Shipping

Our shipping practices are set out in our Shipping Policy. Key points include:

• Carriers: FedEx and UPS for domestic and international shipments.
• Domestic delivery: free for all Australian orders.
• International shipping: free for orders over AUD $4,000; a flat AUD $150 applies for orders under AUD $4,000.
• Tracking and signature are required for every shipment.
• Important: Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, My Precious Gems cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy for Loose Gemstones. Key points include:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and must be approved by us before return shipment.
• Gemstones must be returned loose, unaltered, in original condition, and accompanied by all original certificates and packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance; shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned gemstone has been received and verified to be in original condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including images, text, designs, and logos — is owned by My Precious Gems or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any website content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Precious Gems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase, delivery, or use of our products — including loss after delivery, changes in appearance over time, or disagreement between gemological opinions.

• Colour & Photography: Photos and screens may show colours differently — this alone is not grounds for return.
• Certification: Labs issue opinions at the time of testing; differences of opinion between labs are outside our control.
• Treatment & Stability: Treated gemstones may change over time; My Precious Gems cannot guarantee permanence of treated colours.
