At My Precious Gems, every gemstone is handled with care. We partner with FedEx and UPS to provide fast, secure, and fully tracked delivery within Australia and worldwide.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Carriers: FedEx or UPS (service depends on your location).
- Dispatch & Tracking: Orders ship with tracking and require a signature on delivery.
- Estimated Delivery: 1–5 business days, depending on location and product availability.
International Shipping
- Coverage: We ship to most destinations serviced by FedEx and UPS.
- Services: FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Express.
- Tracking & Signature: All international orders include tracking and require a signature on delivery.
- Estimated Transit: 4–9 business days, subject to customs and destination.

Shipping Costs
- Free Domestic Shipping: All Australian orders.
- Free International Shipping: Orders over AUD $4,000.
- Flat Rate (International): AUD $150 for orders under AUD $4,000.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Import duties, taxes, and any local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing times and fees are set by your local authority and are outside our control.
Note: All international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order is dispatched and marked delivered by the courier, My Precious Gems cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us promptly so we can follow up with the carrier.
Order Processing
Most orders dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Additional time may be required for special requests or high-value gemstones requiring extra handling.
